It’s an odd concept, choosing a name for your business. How does it convey what it is you are offering and how does it reflect how you are to operate? We didn’t want to go down the route of a generic area or verb followed by the word kitchens.

I certainly don’t feel important enough to name it after myself.

So, what is it named after…

Well on the 9th July 2021, following on from two previous miscarriages. Someone important enough to name a company after arrived…

Arlo Theodore Jones, born looking like Paul Weller with a mullet to contend with the entire 1980’s.

Arlotheo was the original thought, but when spoken it sounded like a jumble of letters surrounding the worth loath. So I used a little bit of creative license to replace the O with an E.

what we do differently…

We are completely bespoke, something many within our industry claim to be, but few are.

And those that are, are very expensive. We think we are extremely competitive.

Most of the industry operates like a car manufacturer, you can change the colour, the seats and the steering wheel to suit budget or preference. But what about the chassis, the brakes, the exhaust manifold…

(not sure the last one is even a real thing, but a mechanic once charged me for a new one).

At Arletheo, we can spec everything individually for your budget, preference and expectation.

You can choose:

• the door style.
• the height of the units.
• the number of shelves.
• the drawer box,
• the hinges,
• the hinge receivers
• the carcass colour
• the carcass material
• the plinth legs
• the construction type.

And so on….

This means we offer a unique product to each and every client and can adapt to meet budget when needed to.
